LiloTree is an advanced engineering materials company focusing on rapid commercialization of novel ENIG into the market. We continue to strive to optimize chemistries for continued benefits for customers in terms of eco-friendly, economical and more reliable solution.

Through this research opportunity, the project will involve evaluation-characterization of our chemistries as scale-up development and quality control along with reliability testing of end products realizing the benefits of LiloTree's proprietary technology.

Desired Knowledge

Experience within the fields of electrochemistry and materials science with emphasis on electroplating is required.
Knowledge and experience in characterization and evaluation of materials via SEM-EDX, FTIR, XRF, AAS, FIB, etc. are desired. Knowledge of product reliability testing and quality control-compliance methods is a plus.
